We all have dreams.
You may be just starting your career, stepping into your first real job. You may have just been promoted again, proving you’re really good at what you do. Or you may be the best of the best in your field. You may even have received a “World’s Greatest Dad” or “My Mom Rocks!” coffee mug. Like all of us, you dream of what you want to accomplish in life, who you want to become.
No matter who you are or where you’re at, you want to move forward and be the best you can be. The question is, how do you reach your full potential? How can you bridge the gap between who you are and what you’re truly capable of?
First, you have to unlock your imagination.
The problem is, most of us far underestimate our own potential. We have no idea of what’s really possible, so we sell ourselves short. Often our experience works against us. Some past failure or disappointment limits our vision of what we can become. Ironically, even success can hold us back. An athlete who breaks the school record might think, That’s it. That’s as fast as I can run.
It’s time to dream bigger.
My new book, The Potential Principle, will help you do that. No matter what your experience has been, it will open your eyes to your own possibilities. And it will make you realize that no matter how good you’ve become, you can become even better.
I’m excited about this book because it teaches something that can benefit anyone: the art of improvement. It provides a road map for taking your best to the next level. It reveals the Potential Matrix, a grid that identifies four important areas of life, and it shows how to keep growing in those areas. It also offers four breakthrough practices that will help you improve in literally anything you do.
What are your hopes and dreams? In what areas of life would you like to improve? Do you want to grow as an entrepreneur? Do you want to advance in the company you work for? Do you want to be a better parent or spouse?
In my upcoming posts, I’ll explain more about The Potential Principle and what you can expect to find in it. And I’ll share some of its secrets for realizing your maximum potential. For now, just remember:
Don’t let your experience limit your imagination!

HI Mark, this is definitely just what I need right now. These are really the right words for me. I’m planning on starting something big that I know will require so much of myself. At times I’m hesitant and I’m doubting myself if I can even start with it and if yes, how far can I go? I feel discouraged even before I started. But thanks to your words. And I can’t wait to read this book of yours! More power!
