I’m an activity and experience junkie. I want to live life fully and generally be as productive as possible. I’ve learned, however, that anything overdone can become a fault. Sometimes I just need to do nothing. This non-activity is called different things (“vegging” comes to mind although I’m not convinced that becoming vegetable-like is the goal) but whatever you call it good things can happen when you relax the need to always be doing.
