When confronted with a challenge or opportunity, ask “What would a great leader do in this situation?”
Then try to do it as well or better.
The principle applies across job category: What would a great service provider do? A great nurse? A great teacher? A great mom? A great dad?
We are far more often guilty of aiming too low than we are of aiming too high.
